Inter Club Oasis Tournament

Oasis Inter Club Tournament entries are open now.

Our experience as players and coaches in this tournament supports a significant boost in confidence, learning, and overall courage to face more extensive and open tournaments.

Tournament Date: Sunday, 17th September

Place: Chiltern Academy School, Chesham - HP5 2RG

Fees: £14 Per Category per person + Processing Fees

Eligibility and Rules

Eligibility: Only Registered Oasis Member actively learning in one of the coaching sessions with Oasis Sports.

Availability: First come, first served. Spaces are limited.

Refunds: We shall allow refunds only up until 1st September 2023. No refunds will be done after 1st September 2023.

Last Date of Entry: 1st September

Age Group: Under 8, 10, 12, 14, 18 ( Groups will be formed based on participation; however, if one of the groups is insufficient to carry the tournament will be given the option to play on the next higher group).

Cut off Age: Age group to be based on kid age on 15th September 2023. If the kid's birthday is 2nd September 2010, then the age group kid will participate in is Under 14. If unsure, see current age and select the group higher if currently 12, then choose Under 14.

Shuttles: Feather Shuttles are to be provided and requested for fair usage.

Dress Code - Oasis TShirts if available, and if not, a similar colour T-shirt is alright. We request to invest, but if not, go for a similar colour T-Shirt/ **\*\*Rules of Badminton\*\*** \\- Normal Badminton England Rules apart from Points:

Round Robin - 15 Points

Quarter Finals and Semi - 15 Points

Finals - 21 Points

(Atleast 5/6 games to get each)

Format of the tournament - Round Robin in Group - based on numbers, the first top two players to go for gold and the following two in group Silver. Please do not hesitate to contact Manoj Shakya via WhatsApp - 07403754554 for any inquiries.

This form is mainly for One learner and his partner only if playing doubles. If the player's partner plays singles, they must only fill out a separate form for singles.
