Oasis Tournament entries are open now.

Tournament Date: Sunday, 1st October

Place: Chiltern Academy School, Chesham - HP5 2RG

Fees: £14 Per Category per person.

Eligibility and Rules

Eligibility: Any ability can join, we going to group based on your response and our AI (our sources :))

Availability: First come, first served. Spaces are limited.

Refunds: We shall allow refunds only up until 10th September 2023. No refunds will be done after 10th September 2023.

Last Date of Entry: 10th September

Age Group: Under 11, 13, 15, 17, MENS Level (Doubles), Adult Mixed Doubles, Ladies Doubles ( Groups will be formed based on participation; however, if one of the groups is insufficient to carry the tournament will be given the option to play on the next higher group).

Cut off Age: Only for kids Age group to be based on kid age on 15th September 2023. If the kid's birthday is 2nd September 2010, then the age group kid will participate in is Under 15. If unsure, see current age and select the group higher if currently 13, then choose Under 15.

Shuttles: Yonex Mavis 300 (Nylon Shuttles) are to be provided and requested for fair usage.

Dress Code - If you have a club would be great if you can wear it.

Gold Trophy - Round Robin  -> Top 2 Goes in Quarter Finals -> Semi -> Final 

Plate - Round Robin  -> 3rd and 4th Place players -> go in Quarter Finals -> Semi -> Final 

(Atleast 5/6 games to get each)

Format of the tournament - Round Robin in Group - based on numbers, the first top two players to go for gold and the following two in group Silver. Please do not hesitate to contact Manoj Shakya via WhatsApp - 07403754554 for any inquiries.

This form is mainly for One Player and his partner only if playing doubles. If the player's partner plays singles, they must only fill out a separate form for singles.
