About Sewa Day:

Sewa Day is an international volunteering organisation and registered charity in England and Wales

(1146848).

Our core campaign focuses on 4 fronts:

• Help your Neighbour – which encourages communities to help each other

• Everyone should eat – focusing on replenishing food banks and women’s/homeless shelters

• Care for the Front-liners – where we supply hospitals with food, masks and other PPE as

requested by them

• Spread some Joy – encouraging young people to draw pictures and letters which are then

digitally send to care homes and vulnerable elderly to brighten up their day!

This project is a voluntary project of Sewa Day , Amersham & Villages Community Board, Amersham Action Group and with full support of Oasis Sports. We are running a free badminton learning course of 17 weeks supported by Sewa Day and Buckinghamshire Council run by Sewa Day and Oasis Sports.

This course is for those who are looking to learn or practice badminton and find out more about volunteering with SewaDay on future projects.

Suitable for only Age - 14 to Age 19

This is suitable if you are doing your DofE volunteering and we shall give relevant documentation.
